Effective October 2, 2026. This page describes what the site does today.

What the site is

WonksAnonymous is a static website. It has no forms and no user accounts. We do not set cookies. We do not currently run analytics or advertising trackers. We do not sell personal data.

Hosting

Our hosting and content-delivery provider processes standard request data to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. This includes your IP address, browser user agent, the URL you request and the time of the request.

Web fonts

Pages load web fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser therefore sends a request, including your IP address, to Google.

We do not control how Google handles that request. If you prefer to avoid it, you can block web fonts in your browser, and the pages remain readable with your system fonts.

RSS

Our RSS feed is fetched by your reader app. We do not see who subscribes.

Email

If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply and to handle your request. We do not add you to a mailing list.

Changes

If we later add privacy-friendly analytics, a newsletter, forms, or a way to request an introduction to a supplier, we will update this page before that goes live. The update will name who receives what data and why.
